Products
We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. ELASA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other operational reasons.
- If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund (excluding non-refundable COD charges, if applicable) will be issued.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
- COD is available across India.
- A ₹30 COD convenience charge applies.
- The COD charge is non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELASA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
