ELASA ships orders across India only.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-order-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
• Orders below ₹1,000 may attract a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available across India.
• A ₹30 COD convenience charge applies to all COD orders.
• The COD charge is non-refundable, including in cases of returns, cancellations after dispatch, or refused deliveries.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. ELASA is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
